OFFICIALSLINEUP

  • Senior Officials Sign Up Form (for level 2+ and Level 1 officials request Chief Timekeeper, Adminitration Desk, Starter, Recorder, CJE/CFJ and shadow of those positions)
  • Official Deck Evaluation Request Form
  • Volunteer jobs sign up starts on Dec 16 at 9pm. Limit per family will be increated every 3 days until all positions are filled.
  • We welcome officials from other clubs to come and work on deck with us. Please email [email protected] and indicate if you need evaluation.

Officials Information:

Light refreshments will be served on Friday in the officials/hospitality room on the second floor across from the viewing gallery. For Saturday and Sunday, meals will be served for coaches and officials BEFORE the session in which they are working. Food quantities are based on the number of officials working a given shift, so please enjoy the food BEFORE you go on deck and understand that the food being served when you return to the officials room after your shift is for the officials working in the next session. Food provided is not for swimmers, please pack food for your swimmers.

Bring a re-fillable water bottle as single use plastic bottles will not be provided. There are re-fill stations on both levels and on the pool deck (for coaches).

All officials: black pants/skirt/shorts and black shoes. Timers and Chief Timers wear white collared shirt. All other officials wear red collared shirt.

● Only participating swimmers, officials, certified registered coaches, and authorized people are allowed on deck.
● NO OTHER PERSON IS PERMITTED on the deck unless expressly authorized by Swim Ontario.
● Spectators will be permitted at the discretion of the facility.


FACILITYINFORMATION

• No food will be allowed on deck.
• No glass objects will be allowed on deck.
• Lockers are available in change room but limited.
• Onsite parking is free but may be limited.  Offsite parking is available at near by Go Train station from a short walking distance
• Nearby Amenities:
     o Restaurants
     o Grocery Stores (T&T and Whole Foods)
     o Tim Hortons
