Practice schedule is set to change without prior notice, following updates from facility operators, provincial and municipal bodies as well as other factors that are outside of the control of our club.​

Parents and swimmers are encouraged to check back often, to ensure they are using the latest version of the practice schedule.​

**NEW** TEAM UNIFY PRACTICE CALENDAR

Log in to your account in Team Unify, go to Events & Competition > Practices and subscribe to your swimmer's group practice calendar. This will populate your calendar and send you notifications of changes to the schedule.
