Registration for Meadow Dolphins Swim Team! 

Please read this in its entirety as it explains the registration process and your family’s volunteer obligations. 

 

MEADOW DOLPHINS SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION 
 

1. Go to www.teamunify.com/recommstc and login. If you do not have an account or have not logged into TeamUnify yet, please contact [email protected] and [email protected] for an updated login instruction email. Please include parents’ names, address, phone numbers, emails, kids’ full names (middle name too) and birthday. 

 

2. To the right of the pictures, click on Summer Swim Team Registration. 

 

3. Read the pertinent information (especially that relating to late fees and refunds) and scroll to the bottom and click Register Now. 

 

4. The first button should be highlighted— “I am currently signed in and I want to register…”. Click Continue. 

 

5. On the next page, please make sure all information is correct and current; especially contact information and medical information. Click Continue. 

 

6. You will now see a list of your swimmers. If not everyone is listed, do not worry, you can add them later. For each swimmer, click the box, which will bring up their information (name, birthday, etc.). Please update, especially swimmer t-shirtsize. 

 

7. Where it says, “Register to the Group”, click Select and then select the correct age group for your swimmer. Do this for all of your swimmers. 

 

8. If you have swimmers to ADD to your account, you will do so on this page by clicking “Add New Member”. If you don’t have any additional swimmers to add, go on to next step. 

 

9. Read and check the Medical Release Waiver, the Liability Waiver, the Code of Conduct/Ethics, and Photo Opt Out (if desired). Click Continue. 

 

10. If you want to do the Volunteer Opt Out (see page 4 of this document), add the fee to your shopping cart. This year, opt out fee is higher, but it relieves you of all volunteer obligations including Mini Meet, OMPA and an activity. 

 

11. Click “Proceed to Checkout” 

 

12. Fill in credit card information and click “Submit Order”.

 

13. DONE! You will receive an email receipt immediately. 

 

It will note “Pending Team Approval”. Each week, we will go through registrations and move them from pending to active once we have verified volunteer obligations. If you do not hear from us, assume all is good! 

 

 

VOLUNTEER OBLIGATIONS 

Our program is successful because of the tremendous effort made by all of our Meadow families. Please note volunteer obligations below. If you fail to sign up for the required number of obligations at the time of registration, please note that you will be automatically slotted into openings remaining.

Family with 1 swimmer: 3 Swim Meets, 1 Mini Meet, 1 OMPA, 1 Activity 

Family with 2+ swimmers: 4 Swim Meets, 1 Mini Meet, 1 OMPA, 2 Activity 

Family with ONLY 15-17 age swimmers: 1 Swim Meets, 1 Mini Meet, 1 OMPA 

Swim Team Committee Member: 1 Mini Meet, 1 OMPA

Meadow Board Member: 1 OMPA

Stroke & Turn Team Member: 1 Mini Meet, 1 OMPA (if not working the events)

Computer / Starter Team: 1 OMPA 
 

ALL families with swimmers on the team are expected to work and contribute to the Mini Meet and OMPA regardless of the age of their children. The Mini Meet is the major fundraiser for the swim team and requires participation from all families. Most OMPA job requirements for Meadow are allocated by the league; a small number are team designated for our team areas. All swim team families must complete an OMPA job.
